Hi I have been using textra for a long time on my samsung s6 and have recently gotten the versa lite. I am able to receive a notification on my watch, but I am unable to read what the actual text says. Any help?

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa Lite! I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with reading the text of the notifications you receive. I recommend doing the following on your Samsung S6:

 

  1. Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.

  2. Go to "Settings."

  3. Click on "Notifications."

  4. Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Preview Message".
