My daughter received a Versa Lite. The instructions wouldn't allow me to set up a registration for her, but instead told me I had to create a family account. I did that, but I can't seem to link the Versa Lite to her part of the Family account. The only options it gives me is the Ace, and we're glad she received the Versa Lite instead of the Ace because the Ace doesn't link with her phone and have the features we want for her.

Unfortunately, under age 13 has to be under family account, and family account can be for only Ace or Ace 2.
