Is it not possible to set the silent alarms from the iOS app? I did that before with my old blaze and I greatly prefer it to messing with the watch; however, I cannot seem to find a way to do it.

Apparently, no.
It's not unique to the Versa. I can't set alarms for my Ionic using the app, nor the dashboard.

That is frustrating. I hope Fitbit considers adding the ability to adjust
alarms from the app. It wouldn't be hard.

How do you set a silent alarm from the watch? I can only set a regular alarm..

@Lufalulz @planudes @Hmeares Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! You can share this idea in our Feature Suggestions board so others can vote for it. The more popular an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it. Additionally @Hmeares the alarms on your Versa are the Silent alarms. They are called this way since your device only vibrates (ei. no music or sound produced by the tracker). You can set them by doing the following:

Need facility to set alarm from fitbit mobile app on versa just like charge hr

Totally agree! It was so much easier to manage Alarms on the APP than to manage them on the fitbit device itself. I have found with my Blaze (that just died - battery), i would use the device to turn them on and off, but generally would create and change alarms (time and day of the week) via the APP.

Would be preferred to have the ability to set the alarms on the app, as my old blaze and charge both had that capability. Doesn’t seem to make sense to remove capabilities and have fewer options on newer models

- On your watch, open Alarms. You’ll see your next scheduled alarm (if you set one) and the option to set a new alarm.
- Tap + New Alarm. Scroll down to see this option if you’ve already created multiple alarms.
- Tap 12:00 and then scroll to set the alarm time. Be sure to set am or pm.
- Press the back button on your tracker and then scroll down to set the frequency.
- Press the back button to see your alarms. To disable an alarm, tap it and then tap Off. To delete an alarm, see the instructions below.

@Tko_in_to It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Thank you for your feedback. You do have the same capabilities as other devices but the difference is that you can set the alarms directly from your Versa than from the app. Still I see how some would prefer to have both options so please vote for the idea mentioned in my previous post so you tell our developers this is something your would like to see.
Keep me posted!

@Kidge70 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! You can check the instructions in my previous post on how to set alarms on your Versa. If the Versa isn't vibrating the please check that it isn't in the Do Not Disturb move by long pressing the left button. If this isn't the case then try restarting it by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Will you also be able to set alarms in a similar way directly on the watch on the Charge 3?

The ability to set alarms from the IOS app or online seems like a basic function. It's a real disappointment that Fitbit finds it hard to include such rudimentary abilities. 😞

What do you do when the alarms app on the watch won’t load and you can’t turn off the alarms?

I select settings on my Versa, but there is no way to set the Alarms. My only selections are "Tips and Tricks" and "Inspiration", neither of which are useful. What gives folks? I'm on v32.32.10.15

@DrewgieHowser @tommiejay63 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the late reply and to hear that you can't edit or setup your alarms.
@DrewgieHowser try restarting your Versa. After this retry loading the Alarms app to turn off the desired alarms.
@tommiejay63 you don't need to go to settings. The alarm has its own icon so just look for it and set the alarms there.

I found where to set. Here's the thing...I know the trend is for devices to not come with instructions, etc. I'm a vertical person (always up!) and you need to swipe horizontally to locate some of these things. Arrows or a compass, etc, might be helpful as reminder. Or something simple like "try swiping up and down and left and right to see where some of your familar and most often used features have gone".

Alvaro, telling someone to "look for it" is less helpful If we could find it with the *way* we were looking, we wouldn't need a post on a forum.
Remember that we are not as familiar with the new device (or one that may be new to us) as those of you who work for/at Fitbit. Often when people are very familiar with something, their process analysis omits a step or two. Buddhists call it "The Beginner's Mind" when they begin to instruct someone. Recalling where you were when you first began could be helpful for you in helping us. Think like a noob.
