Can you update fitbit versa over bluetooth if you don't have wifi

I am thinking about purchasing the versa but all the set up videos show it needing to connect to wifi to update. I don't have wifi at my home as I use a cellular plan for my needs. Is it possible to update it using bluetooth to be connected to my phone or will I have to find somewhere to update it?
