Hello, is there any way that you can cancel a factory reset on a fitbit versa lite. Tried to do what everyone say to do hold in the button for 15 seconds but every time I do that another screen come up saying data not cleared sync and try again. So I went into the fitbit app and I it is unable to sync. Please help. Thank you.

A factory reset needs to be done through the settings/help on the Versa itself.
A restart requires holding both the left an lower right buttons in together.
May I ask what the initial problem is? Very seldom does a factory reset help and often it only adds more problems

I was watching my kids and I was holding a five year old while watching a movie long story short she was playing on it and I think she hit the factory reset button. When I try to sync it to the fitbit app it says unable to sync. Then when I try to hold it the side button the fitbit logo does pop up but it goes away and the a screen saying data not cleared please try again.

A factory reset requires multiple specific steps and will not be accidentally done.
The button method requires holding in all 3 buttons, releasing one, with a critical timing for the steps and could not be accidentally done.
Have you tried a restart by holding in the left and lower right buttons?

How did you undo the reset? My friend was messing on my fitbit playing 2048 and I was tryna tug it away and he factory resetted it, how do I undo it?

If the tracker really did reset, their is no way to undo, anything that has been synced to the server is saved.
You just need to setup the tracker.
