I cannot change the time on my new Fitbit versa 2. Any ideas before I send it back please.

The time is automatically set when you sync your tracker. The time zone and 12/24 hour selection is made by going to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time zone and Clock Display Time and set them correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

Thankyou but all it has on my settings is auto time zone, GMT time zone and local. When clicking these nothing happens. I can't even change the time which is at present in a 12hr clock

You might want to take a closer look. When you select any change, you have to also click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page and then sync your tracker.

I am having the same problem i have followed all instructions on fitbit.com but to no avail!! It will not change this is very irritating for such an advanced watch. Did you manage to xhange the time on your versa?
