This phone is clean and up to date.  There are no other Bluetooth connections.  I have tried and tried and tried and tried and tried to set this Fitbit versa2 up.  I've re-booted everything.  Followed every possible instruction I could find.  My watch is in the charging cradle and fully charged.  I am about ready to give up and sell it.  Please help.

Have you checked the device list for your phone model? Or searched these forums for your phone? Often if someone has been successful there will be a marked best answer.
