Cannot download music to my Versa 2

Hi, 

 

I've been trying to transfer music to my Versa2 from my desktop and it does not work, what do I need to do?

I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I can find on the web and still nothing. My Versa 2 is connected to the Windows 10 app and will sync with it. However, whenever I try to set up my "Personal Music," I get stuck at the "Looking for your watch..." prompt on the desktop app. My watch appears ready to receive transferred music but the desktop app never finds it.

Hi Riccardo, can you also say something about this updating problema that people are having at this moment? I was trying to chat with customer service but it's impossible to connect with anyone! Thank you.
