Hi, you're right about that. This app needs to be installed on your Versa by the Fitbit app. within the Fitbit go to the page where also the Clock Faces are. Press Apps - All Apps - Click on the search Icon on top off the page om the right side (magnifying icon) - you will get the Search apps page - press on the left side directly next to the search icon - type in Nest and it will show you the app. Press the app and install it. Wait for a few secs after the installation finished and the page will be refreshed showing settings and permissions. Press settings and adjust to your taste. Go back and press on permissions and enable all items. Your done, the Nest icon will show up on your Versa. Good luck.

Hi Mark, did you logged in to your Nest account within the Fitbit app after going to the settings? This is needed. When you press Nest on your Versa, it tells to go to the Fitbit app - My Apps - Nest - press the settings icon and you get the login page. Press that and it will go to this site: https://home.nest.com and asking for your emailadress and password. Whenever you do not have an account yet, you will have to create one, otherwise it's not possible to use Nest on your Versa. I cannot test it for you as I do not have a Nest. Good luck.
