Cannot get Reminder to Move to work on new Versa 2

Just received Versa 2 as early Christmas president. Was particularly interested in it for the reminder to move capability. Unfortunately, it won't work.

Yes, in the Fitbit phone app (Android) I've enabled reminders. I've tried restarting the device, itself. Bluetooth is enabled. I made sure Fitbit notifications work.

Is there anything else I can try?

Mine seems to work sporadically.  I would love to get this to work.
