I bought a second hand Fiitbit Versa but I cannot link it to my phone. Apparently the fitbit is locked because it keeps saying unlock with your phone but I'm in the middle of trying to pair it with my phone. Any idea? Thanks in advance!

The person you bought it from should have disabled and cleared their data by doing a factory reset.
You have 2 options now.
First option is to try a factory reset
If this fails the second option would be to contact the seller for your money back. If the versa is still connected to their fitbit account, it is less than a 30 second procedure to unlock. Which they should have done, they knew they sold you a device that you could not use.
