Hi there,
Hoping someone can help me. I have tried deleting and adding my versa on my phone, turning off notifications and back on again- still nothing coming through on my Versa. Syncing works fine, just no notifications working. Do i have a defective versa?

@psucutie If syncing works then it's half of the success already. 😊 Let's see... Can you please share your phone model, operating system, Fitbit firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?

I will say, sometimes I have to restart the Versa in order to sync with phone.
As previously stated,
Pixel 3,
Android 9,
Fitbit Versa 32.32.10.15 ( I tried updating to latest version multiple times but never worked, no longer have upgrade option)
App version 2.82

Hey @psucutie, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Due to the incompatibility of the Google Pixel 3, I'm afraid that you'll experience syncing and not getting notification issues. However, as I always said, it is not guaranteed, but you can take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

@Tkyuen Does your Versa sync without issues? When was the last sync? Have the notifications worked before? Whats your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?

My Versa got sync perfect but had no sms / WhatsApp msg notification. It worked perfectly fine with my old Pixel XL until I upgraded my phone to Pixel 3XL. 😞 Any idea?

Hi @psucutie , your Pixel three is in the list of supported devices. Click the link, press Android devices and scroll down to Google and you will see the Pixel 3. So, it should be possible to receive notifications. Try this:
1. Deinstall Fitbit app from your phone. Do not delete or unpair your Pixel three from the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your phone without enabling BT of when BT is automatically enabled, diable it.
3. Reinstall Fitbit and restart your Versa
4. Go to the Fitbit app and start manually the syncint process. Fitbit will start searching your Versa. Once found, you get a message like "Your BT is not enabled, must Fitbit enable it?" or the like and press OK.
5. Syncing process will start. After that enable all your needed notifications and sync again.

You gave me the intention that you're using the Google Pixel 3 now. Is that not correct?
