LizzyFitbit, thanks for determining the root cause that I had inadvertently disabled heartbeat monitoring. I hadn't noticed as I normally use my Versa 2 to track walking distance. I wonder if others have encountered the same problem without realizing it. I enabled heartbeat and cycled the Versa 2.

Hi @tmbaatz. Thank you for sharing your Feature Suggestion with the Fitbit Community. We aren't sure what you mean by restoring the ability to view the time in sleep stages. Do you mean your Versa 2 isn't tracking sleep stages? Or is the issue with this data not showing up on the Fitbit app even though it's displayed on your watch?

To understand this idea better, please reply with more detail or specifics on how this idea would work, where you'd like to see this implemented and what problem this is trying to solve. We look forward to your response.

Beginning January 7th, no updating of sleep stages has occurred. I suspect a firmware update on either the Versa 2 watch or the phone app. The fact that a gray bar is seen shows that SOME data had successfully transferred to the app. Since that date, all I see are gray bars.
