Hi,

I am unable to setup my versa 2 smart watch with my oneplus7T phone. Pairing doesn't happen between phone and watch. If I manually go to bluetooth device section and try pairing, it says 'versa 2 rejected pairing request'. 

Is there any possible solution for it?

That's weird, I connected my Versa 2 with my Oneplus 7Pro. The OS is almost the same, installed the app first and then followed the instructions to pair with the Versa 2. You didn't miss a step during installation?

I didn't miss any step during installation. Rechecked everything that is required during installation.

I even tried following the steps mentioned here:

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-2-not-compatible-on-OnePlus-7/m-p/3912097#

 

What I found in help section of fitbit is that oneplus7T is not mentioned under compatible android device list, only oneplus6 and oneplus7pro is mentioned over here:

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315

 

So, is it like fitbit is not supported with oneplus7T?
