I’m sorry I realize this is an old subject. I logged in to my daughters (Ace 2) last night to verify what her goal was and then apparently never logged back out. When I opened the app this morning to get up and going for the day it is stuck in her account and when I try to switch to Parent View (so I can switch back to me) it tells me that the password is wrong. Am I supposed to put in her password? Because I already did a password reset and it still isn’t working.

I am having the exact same problems today! Cant switch to parent view, even reset password like you did but still doesnt work..

There is another string going in this forum for the same issue that’s getting a lot of traffic. I’ve also Tweeted Fitbit directly.
