I have spent hours trying to transfer my music from the Fitbit App on my PC to my Fitbit Versa.  I am unable to do so and it's very frustrating because this is one of the reasons I purchased this!  I followed the instructions to the letter and am unable to transfer!  What's the deal!  Why can't I transfer my music!!???

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues transferring your music. Please take a look at the help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and follow the instructions provide there.
