My daughter has locked my Fitbit Versa by putting the wrong code in.
Nothing I try works!!!
The screen says to unlock with phone.
There is an in-app update which won’t allow me to do it because of the lock.
Move tried forgetting the device via Bluetooth and forgetting the device in the Fitbit app and resetting a new one. But still nothing will work as long as it’s locked.
Move tried to reset the pin but it keeps saying there’s an ‘unexpected error’.
It’s connect to Bluetooth and wifi!
Soneone help! It’s making me extremely angry as it’s only a couple of weeks old!

Hi, yes I’ve followed those instructions and every time I try it says an unexpected error has occurred. I’m assuming that’s because there’s an in-app update, but I also can’t do that because of the Versa being locked.

Did you work out a way? I have tried everything and am hitting road blocks.
