Cannot update or sync my new Verse 2 - on Win 10 PC

Hello, I DO NOT HAVE A SMART PHONE (Fyi) - 

 

I am using my desktop PC. I had a charge 3 I lost, which was already in the system, I believe I removed it, and it  located the VERSA 2 with the green check mark and I thought it would SYNC, but I don't think it synced. - 

 

I have wifi on my computer, but its a WIN 10 system so I think it could be something to do with WIN 10 WIN 10 has a lot of issues. I really dislike win 10.

Is there anything I can do? I don't have it Synced or set up yet? Or just wait it out?

 

I have the dongle inserted and it recognized the VERSE 2, and let me remove the Charge 3. 

I don't know why this is so difficult. I had no problems with the Charge 3

 

Starting to regret that I got the VERSA 2. Do you have to have a smart-phone with the smart-watches? I didn't realize that.

Hi @jdearman777  you don't have to own a smartphone to use these devices, but it really adds to the experience. You cannot set up your Versa 2 on Win10 - click to read article. If you have a friend with a compatible smartphone, you can set it up there, then continue with your Windows 10 desktop.
