Hey, sorry but very confused on how i have a brand new Fitbit Versa watch, yet i cant download or install Spotify untill i havent "got the lastest updates on either my phone or my watch, yet i just bought the watch, its not promting me to update, and i have redownloaded the app three times now... please help 🙂

@ComplexLlama Can you please verify your Versa's firmware version? Please open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to About and tap it. The firmware version should be listed on top of the list.
