Cant connect to wifi or sync

I have had it 4 days it will not connect to Wi-Fi it just spins and spins i have tried a factory reset and fkrce stopping my app it found Wi-Fi then stopped now just spins, its near impossible to get to seetings on the actual watch the touch screen lags. I have had to use my charge 2 which has no issue but very upsetting I have paid all this money for something that doesnt work

Hi @Rach1318. I’m so sorry to hear you are having problems. Which phone or iPhone are you using to set up your Versa? Please try the following steps then let us know if it works for you.

  1. On your phone, go into the settings. If the Versa is listed, Forget it.
  2. Download the Fitbit app if you have not already done so. 
  3. Open the app and select Set Up a Device. This will lead you thru the steps of pairing to Bluetooth and connecting to WiFi.

I have an android and i have tried forgetting the versa..i deleted i deleted the app reinstalled it it works fine with my charge but the touch screen wont work on the versa it keeps turning black evwn though it is set at 45 seconds it toggles between screens and then takes me throufht the set up and then will never sync back to my phone
