Started setting up my new versa .. a replacement for another that died and initially connected via bluetooth but now my device cant be found so cant customise it at all and basically have a watch
Any advice please

A user does not use the phones Bluetooth to connect to a Fitbit device.
Setup must be done by doing the add device found in the Fitbit app.
@Sue7754 you say your starting to set it up but can't customize.
Has the Versa been setup to your account? You will not be able to customize until the tracker has been setup.
