I got the Versa from my son for Christmas. I was so excited, but imagine my disappointment for thr last 2 weeks I’ve tried to connect this **ahem** thing to the App answer it doesn’t work! I deleted tthe app and updated and reinstalled. It can’t find WiFi. Oh wait, it can, but oops it’s gone. But wait! Here’s your 4 digit code....oops can’t find WiFi. Try Bluetooth? Agree to terms, oops at 2% and can’t find it. Try later? Connect to WiFi....can’t find WiFi. I have it sitting on the DARN ROUTER AND IT CANT FIND IT. There is NO reason this product should take so many shenanigans and chase so many headaches! I just want to use the **ahem** watch!!

@Movesmountains phone model and OS? You need a compatible wifi network.
1. Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Versa is in your Paired Devices list. If yes, forget (remove) it.
2. Reboot your phone
3. Reboot Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
4. Plug versa into charging dock
5. Make sure you're near router with both phone and Versa
6. Open Fitbit mobile app and start setup procedure by adding a new device.
Is your Versa plugged into the charging dock? It will not connect to wifi if it's not plugged.
