I can't download the Sp02 signature watch face. Does anyone know how to do it

You can find some helpful information in this blog post https://blog.fitbit.com/track-your-spo2/

 

Please note you need to have a premium subscription, so if you don't that might be the issue you are having with trying to download the clockface.
