I keep trying to download music to my Versa via Personal Music. but when I go to the desktop app (as told by the mobile app", I try to login, and it says:
"Sorry, this feature is only available when you have a watch paired to your Fitbit account. To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app."
The Versa is shown as connected and I do not know how to fix this issue, or why it is not registering as paired.
(If It helps at all, I am trying to login through Google)
