My versa isn't able to find or connect to any blue tooth audio device. I have already previous suggestions in an earlier post, such as disconnecting the Bluetooth device on my phone and resetting both devices.

Maybe this is what you have already tried, but
From Versa manual:
"To pair a new Bluetooth audio device:
1. Start by activating pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones, speaker, or
other audio device.
2. On Versa, open the Settings app and then scroll down and tap Bluetooth.
3. Tap + Audio Device. Versa searches for nearby devices.
4. When Versa finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the
screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.
When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen."

Yes I have tried that. It would be great if Fitbit released a list of brands that are compatible with the versa, so I don’t waste more money
