Cant find water logging tile on Versa2 (not in the settings)

Hi

Today I upgraded from versa lite to Versa 2.  All is good except on the actual watch, I cant cant find the water logging feature.  When I swipe up (and it shows me the today info)  It only shows 3 features - Steps, Activity, and Heart rate.  If I go to settings, it only shows those same 3 features that I can tick to chose to put on the screen.

Ive done  factory reset, reinstalled the app, the watch has done an update and the water logging tile isn't on the watch.

(The water logging in on the Fitbit app, and it allows me to log water and syncs fine on the phone app, it just doesn't mention water at all on the watch itself)
