Cant get rid of Source Screen,and cant restart after update

As in may other posts, after the update, my watch is stuck on a screen that says Source and Output. Restart procedure does not work (not getting fitbit logo after holding left and bottom right button-nothing happens) and obviously you cant factory rest by the instructions that say attach to charger (buttons all covered by charger.)

 

So some new help advice is needed, please?

Hi @Dfolkard , you're able to do a Factory Reset without putting it into the charger. Press and hold all three buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration, which make take a while. When you felt that your Versa is reset and needs to be setup again as after a FR it is essentially a new watch. Good luck and regards kuzibri

Hi Sunsetrunner,  how long do you need to hold the buttons for a reset.   I have been trying it w/ no luck. Hoping someone has a suggestion on resetting after doing a upgrade , the output source screen won't clear.
