Cant get whatsapp notifications

I bought a Versa. I get all app notifications but not whatsapp even if in my settings at notifications whatsapp is marked to receive notifications. I use IOS.  How can i fix this

Let me help you with your WhatsApp notifications. Try refreshing the connection between your phone and your Versa by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi. I tried everything but it still does bot work for whatsapp. Anything else I can try?
