I could not get my Versa to sync. Tryed everything. Then I deleted the device from my app and was going to set it up again but I forgot to unlock me Versa 2 by phone before that. It had locked because my baby boy always taps on the clock and locks it every day. Now when I try to do the set up my Versa 2 wont show me the 4 numbers I need to set it up in the app because it just says: "Unlock with your phone" but I cant unlock it anymore because its not set up on my phone! What should I do?

Hi @Jmln11,
Have you tried doing a Factory Reset on the watch? I think you hold the side button down for about 20 seconds. Then proceed to set it up as a new device in your app, as you have been attempting to do and you should be fine.

I tried that but it wont do a factory reset. I tried to find info of doing factory reset on Versa 2 and found only a way to do it if you have access to the wacht settings wich I dont have...The watch will restart after holding the side button down but not reset. I tried several times and hold it also longer but didnt help. Any other suggestions? Thanks
