Cant set up my profile

I've tried to set up my completed profile and it keeps saying permission denied. Without a profile I can't get into groups, apps or some other stuff that I can't remember what they were. I have a galaxy j3 Luna pro. I just got it so I'm lost right now... help

Welcome to the forum, @R222 - What steps are you following to try to do this? I’d suggest using the browser on your phone to go to Fitbit.com. From there, tap the gear at the top, right to go to your personal settings. ( https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile ). From there, you should be able to set up your personal information and preferences. If this is too small on your phone, you can also do it using a browser on a laptop or pc, though you will have to log in first.
