Brought my first versa 2 days ago. When going through initial setup with iPhone 11 the versa says it needs to upgrade 1st. Keeps falling over after 98% and can't set it up. Reset everything, tried it with a Samsung 8, then Windows computer. Nothing. Took it back and exchanged it for another versa. Same issue. Have tried every troubleshoot. Still nothing. reset Versa, deleted and downloaded new apps, bluetooth on and off, restarted phones, taken all other bluetooth devices away. Ready to throw the Versa through a wall. Any suggestions? I am having The exact same problem with my new peach Versa and iPhoneX. I even took it back today and exchanged it for a new one too, but the same problem being stuck at 98% then failing to work this evening. Tried blue-tooth, WiFi, different WiFi address, all resets and apps updated, restarts etc. Losing patience and very disappointed.

Sad thing is it looks like this has been a problem from early December reading through the forum. Obviously Fitbit are in no rush to fix it, but still selling them!
