Hello, I had some problems syncing my versa, so I deleted it from my app, now I cant set it up anymore!! The app won't find it?? No matter what I do, still can't set it up?? This is getting frustrating!!! Might have to reconsider owning a Fitbit at all!!! Since we have no proper support!!!

I would recommend doing a factory reset of your Versa, so you can start with a clean slate. Then try setting it up as a new device. Below are the steps for a factory reset.
