Cant set up my versa

Hello, I had some problems syncing my versa, so I deleted it from my app, now I cant set it up anymore!! The app won't find it?? No matter what I do, still can't set it up?? This is getting frustrating!!! Might have to reconsider owning a Fitbit at all!!! Since we have no proper support!!!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Fitbit. I understand this can be frustrating, but I'm sure myself and others on this forum can help you find a resolution. I would recommend doing a factory reset of your Versa, so you can start with a clean slate. Then try setting it up as a new device. Below are the steps for a factory reset. 

To do a factory reset:

  1. Swipe to the Setting (gear icon) on your Versa
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select About
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Factory Reset.

Hi,
Thanks for your prompt response. It already is and has been stuck on the
Fitbit logo in the middle flashlight with the same message appearing in
different languages, saying to download the app. Then never connects

I'm having the same issue, my phone can't find my fitbit.
