I went from iOS to android. But when I try to setup my device I get stuck. I removed the versa from my account because it wouldn't sync with android. After I choose my device it searches for it, and finds it. But that's as far as it goes, it gives me the message: not working? But i tried everything (I think). Anyone any ideas?

Then I'd do an erase ( don't worry, you won't loose any data) and them try to pair.

I see my device isn't on their list. I have a galaxy a5 (2017) so that's bad luck. Thank you for your help!
