Cant unlock watch

 I am so frustrated, out of nowhere my watch locked itself. I tried unlocking and creating a new pin nothing g works. I unlinked the versa from my phone app and cant re sink it because the watch is still locked and code showing up. Watch is useless as I cant use it. What do I do, read recent comments regarding the Fitbit versa and I'm feeling worried about what problems are yet to come. SmartSelect_20190128-220639_Fitbit.jpg

Seeing as you removed the Versa from your account, I think the only option now is to perform a factory reset (using the button method).

 

Hardware factory reset

 

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.

 

- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.

 

- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.

 

- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

Hi,
Thanks for the troubleshooting steps for reset.

I've tries this many time today and it still shows my initial error
messages saying phone is locked. What else can I do before returning it to
the store?
