So when regenerating in the wallet I get the “oh no, looks like we don’t support this card for use with Fitbit pay. My problem is that my bank and card is described in the list of supported banks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Hernic

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing when trying to set up Fitbit Pay with your bank. Thank you for confirming that your bank or card is on the supported list (https://www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks). Since you see an error that your card or bank is not supported, I recommend contacting your bank for more information about specific financial transactions and check if there are any restrictions on the card.

Unfortunately, I believe the article recommend by you of Fitbit Pay is not update.

My bank is not listed as Fitbit partners and because of that, I am looking for a way to use the Fitbit pay feature. In the article recommends using the app Boon. to solve that problem, but this app does not exist anymore. So what to do, now?
