Hello,

I added a new card in the wallet app but I never received the SMS code to verify the card so imI not able to use it.

I already contacted @FitbitSupport in twitter but they never replied to me...

Anyone had the same issue?

The issue is not with Fitbit nor the bank, by calling to the mobile provider and enabling the short-code SMS I fixed the problem. It seems that in the UK that feature is disabled by default so bear that in mind if anyone has the same problem. Closing the thread.

@jalberro The method of verification is entirely dependent on your financial institution. It may not be SMS code though this option is provided in the Fitbit mobile app. You need to call your bank to verify the card. Fitbit will not be able to help you here.
