Cardio Fitness does not change

Hi, I exercise almost every day but my Cardio Fitness rate has not moved for two weeks now. I used to have 46 before I swapped to Versa (from Alta HR) , It seems to be reseted now though.

Any help please?

@Zuza0306 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Have you tried using the Connected GPS option to record a running activity. Usually this affects the Cardio Fitness Score. If you have tracked GPS activities try avioding them for a few weeks until your CFS updates and see how this affects your score. If you haven't tracked any GPS activies could you let me know if you have changed anything when you started using your Versa againts the Alta or if you have used the new features your Versa has compared to your Alta.

Let me know how it goes!

@Zuza0306 sorry for the delay, I was speaking about recording a walk or run using the GPS on your phone as this data is used to calculate your Cardio Fitness Score. Try these instructions to record one.

I also am having the same problem. I switch from a blaze which my cardio score was 40 got the versa and it went down to 35. I have been training for a half marathon and it has not changed in the 12 weeks of training, Ran the half marathon yesterday and no change. I can run 21.1K but my fitbit thinks I am average.

@Telly1985 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Cardio Fitness Score lowered after using your new Versa and for the delay in my response. Try logging a few runs using connected GPS as explained in the article I shared in my previous post. This should help update the CFS on your account.
