Hi, I had a Cardio Fitness level of 34. My activities were Spinning and weight training. I have since taken up jogging/running on a Treadmill. I usually run 5k or 10k 3 times a week. Since I have started this, my cardio fitness level is continuing to drop. It is currently at 29. Please note that i am still doing spinning and weight classes in conjunction with the treadmill. Any reason for this?
