Cardio estimate to cardio score

Hello,

just wondering how long/how many exercise sessions it will take for my cardio estimate to actually be turned into a cardio score on my new versa 🙂

Have you tried going for a run at a comfortable pace? Far as I can tell, that is the only way to get a score rather than estimate.

Yes I went for a run this morning, perhaps I’ll have to do several prior to getting a score. Thanks for the reply
