Cardio fitness became worse?

Since the last update my versa 3 heart rate readings have changed my over all fitness score on the app. I'm not sure how I could have declined to poor when I was previously in the mid good zone. Has anyone else had a similar change or issue? I work out and go for walks for months now and I'm not sure how I could be getting worse when I'm physically seeing improvements. I don't have any heart related issues so why the sudden poor score?

@Blatour   The Versa 4 hasn't been released yet.  Your post can get moved to the appropriate forum where you might get more help.  Are you referring to a firmware update on your device or a Fitbit app update?

The same thing happened to me on my Fitbit charge 5.  It was down to Poor, which horrified me.  and I made a effort to improve my cardio and was riding the recumbent bike 3 days a week.   I saw my score improve to Fair.  But then in the middle of me working on my cardio, it dropped to Poor.  How can doing more cardio than what I was doing before, drop my cardio score lower????

I have a similar issue. My resting heart rate has always been in the low 60’s to low 70’s but beginning in early September it has slowly crept up to the high 70’s-high 80’s. It also stays 80 to 83, 90% of the day, but sometimes drops to 76 to 79 while I’m walking. I haven’t had any health issues, check my temperature daily, and just had my semi-annual medical checkup in August. The only possibility is I had my flu shot Sept 9, but my RHR is still unusually higher.

I have the same problem. My cardio fitness was excellent now, rapidly I have poor. I don’t understand why… I still exercise like I used to when I have excellent lvl. 😳

My Versa 2 did the same thing. I was dropped from excellent to average overnight! It happened when I already felt the improvement in my fitness.

It's disappointing to get something like this -cardio fitness score - wrong from a device that is specifically designed for this purpose!
