Cardio fitness level score never changed

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me..

I have had my versa since last August and previously to this had my Charge HR 2.

I have had the same cardio fitness score for the past 3 years... This has NEVER changed! 🤔

Now if I sat at a desk all day, went home, did no exercise and ate unhealthy I could understand this.

However, I run between 5-10k once a week, I Crossfit twice a week, I have a PT session once a week and walk my dog everday. Now he is a labrador so you can see these are not short walks either.

Along side the exercise I do weekly I have lost 17lbs in a year!

Somehow I really do not believe that my fitness score has not changed in this time and it still currently sits at poor?!

Is there anything I can do to reset this as it's pretty disheartening as you can imagine doing all the above and not seeing anything improve.

I have the same question. I am concerned about the Cardio Fitness Score. I haven't ran in 2 yrs and my daughter does 1/2 marathons (she currently runs 4 miles/day). When I just found this score, I compared with her and ours was the same, 38. I asked if she wanted to do a 'race' to see who could increase theirs the most over a time period. She said that hers has been the same since she was 30 lbs lighter and running 7 miles/day in high school. So this makes absolutely no sense at all. When she was lighter and ran more on daily basis her score was the same? So we are concerned about the accuracy.
