Hi I have bad anxiety and I wouldn't say I'm unfit, because my resting heart rates 90ish bmp its says I'm super unfit but I know it's my aniexty, I'm quite an active person and I'm a healthy weight for my height, I dont think my heart rate will ever be much lower is there anything I can do so it recognizes this 🤦:female_sign:

Hi @Gracei , if I were you I would not worry about your Cardiac Fitness score, which is mainly determined by your resting HR and some other derterminants, but the resting HR is the most important one. The higher your resting HR, the lower you CFS. If you do not have any cardiac complaints at all, ignore it. You cannot do anything to influence that, except when you're doing something about your bad anxiety. Ask yourself were this comes from and when you're suffering from it, that's far more important than worrying about your CFS. My advice is based on my former job as an ICU physician for 20 years.Hope this helps you and reassures you, regards kuzibri
