Cardio fitness score decreased dramatically

All of a sudden one day last week I noticed my cardio fitness score went from a 43 to a 35 seemingly overnight. My RHR has been consistent and same with my sleep and exercise and weight. I checked my activies and exercises and nothing seemed off. Any way to resolve this and/or has this happened to anyone else lately? I’ve always been around 42-45 for my score for the past 2 years. Thanks!
