Cardio fitness score missing from my app

Hi everyone. 

I have a versa 2 and I used to be able to see my cardio fitness score. I am unable to anymore. I have emptied the cache, uninstalled it twice and restarted my phone too. I've checked the existing topics already but no solution for this. I would really like to see my fitness score. Thank you very much !

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

For instructions on how to see your Cardio Fitness Score, please visit this article. Whether you are still unable to see it, try to set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If this doesn't help, please tell me what does it show when you swipe the heart-rate graph in the Fitbit app?

You can also attach a screen shot of what you see.
