Hi All,
I have just started running and as of now I do a regiment of Run and walk. Will this affect my cardio fitness and give a right reading or would it give a false reading
Thanks
Sumit

Your Fitbit is starting to know your body and consequently the cardio score is getting more accurate. By the time you will continue with your walk/run session the score will definitely more accurate (and expect higher as you will actually get fitter). I hope it make sense

A warm welcome to the Community @pixelwonderz.
Could you please be more specific about your inquiry? If you want to track your exercise, you can do this by using SmartTrack or by selecting the exercise directly from your watch. For more information, I recommend taking a look at the help article How accurate are Fitbit devices?.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Alejandra,
Ill rephrase my question. The Fitbit Help article (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2096#cardiofitness) states that to get the best cardio fitness update, on should for long runs (at least 10 minutes long) on a flat terrain with GPS on. For now, I do a 25 to 30-minute regiment of Run / Walk in which I do not run consistently for ten mins. After 2-3 workouts my cardio score has increased substantially. So is the cardio fitness score shown is correct or an anomaly?
I know it might be a stupid question, but it has been nagging me for some days now 🙂
Thanks
Sumit R.
