Ever since I started tracking with my Fitbit my cardio fitness score has been very good or excellent consistently. Most recently it has been excellent. Suddenly overnight it went to poor. Something is not right. I have a Versa. Anyone else having this problem?

@Rlg2000 The cardio fitness score is reported as a range, unless you are doing a GPS connected run of at least 10 minutes. Is it possible that you did a treadmill run using the "Run" option? The treadmill distance is virtual, but the GPS connected run needs real distance.
Review your workouts and make sure they are all categorized correctly.
Also, calculating the cardio fitness score needs an accurate heart rate during exercise. Does your heart rate trace seem correct for your exercise?

I have exactly the same problem. From working excellent every time it suddenly went poor.
My problem started for 1,5 week ago. When I work out it dosent measure the bpm right. After 20 burpees and squatjumps it shows that my bpm is 55 ...... Not quite right I think 😉

Thanks for your reply, my Versa automatically counted 2 random activities as a run, which clearly were not. Once I deleted them my score went back to excellent. Weird.
