Yes the same for me I cannot edit the exercise (ie it records as aerobic and I can’t change it) no average heart rate for exercise and see the heart rate graph

Yes same- heart graph no longer shows for activities.  So frustrated that downgrades seem to be the Fitbit trend.  Keep losing features and no answers or customer support that amounts to anything.  I’m considering leaving Fitbit because of this.  Had been completely happy until about 9 months ago.

The same for me.  I would also like to see the heart rate graph again. Hopefully they fix this or, as others say, it might be time to try a different device.

I have a Versa 1 and have the same issues.  Very unhappy.  No heart rate graph, no average heart rate, no "categorize exercise" no finding out how high you got your heartrate.  Started with the latest update.  I spent two hours on the help desk, maybe more.  First time got disconnected, but the person was not helpful.  Then I got Miguel who helped with other problems but couldn't fit this.  Just got off the phone with Daniel who said he would escalate this to the developers (but we'll see if it gets any attention).  Not happy.  5 years ago I was tracking excessively high heart rates on this device which caused me to see a cardiologist and get stress tested, etc.   So its important to me to see what's going on when I exercise.  Here is a before and after picture of the screen I used to get and what I see now.  Certainly nowhere near the level of detail. We should bombard the support group.  If there are already 5 people complaining on this community who fall in the category of "other versas" then how many other complaints have come in for the other categories of fitbit?  And that is just those that know about the community and go to the trouble to complain.  x20181004Thurs.jpgIMG_5875.PNG

Have the same problem. It has also quit tracking my sleep. Did not this problem until Fitbit switched its monitoring to Google. Has anyone addressed this matter with Google? If this continues, I’m canceling my premium subscription.
