My watch shows weather temps in centigrade. How can I change to farenheit?

From How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? 

 

To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
    > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon
     
     next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
  3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
  4. Sync your device and then open the Weather app 
     
    ​ on your device to see the updated units.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Have changed settings to F in app and synced watch but still stuck on C. Tried switching back and forward and re-syncing. Still stuck on C.

 

Update: After about 10 minutes the watch changed to F. I guess I need to be more patient!
