Hi,
I’m doing a challenge with my friends where we need to walk 62.500 steps in total. When I sync my watch to the app the dashboard gives the right amount of steps. But the challenge gives me way less steps. So in the challenge I’m way behind my friends, while I should be one of the ‘fastest’.
Can someone help me fix this problem?

Hi @Deniezu a couple of things to be aware of.
Everyone starts the challenge at the same time, and based on the timezone the creator of the challenge is in.
Only steps recorded by your tracker or the mobile app will sync to the challenge.
Any manual added steps will not sync, I think this now includes steps added during a bike ride.
I am aware of a recent issue on some phones with this but not sure if it has been resolved.

Hi @Rich_Laue ,
Thank you for your reply.
We are all in the same time zone. I also never manually added my steps.
It’s not a big deal, but it makes the challenge less fun to do.
