Change Facebook account to login

Hi I'm trying to change my Facebook account, because I log a Facebook account I doesn't use. Can someone help me. Because the problem is that Facebook doesn't appear on "My applications" I don't know what to do

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're trying to change your Facebook account since you log a Facebook account you doesn't use. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I would like to confirm if you can log in to your Fitbit account using your Facebook credentials? Do you have access to the email address associated with your Facebook account which you don't use?

Yes I have access to the email of the Facebook I don't use

Hi @Anadany14, thank you for your reply. 

I appreciate the additional information. I recommend following the instructions from this help article: How do I update the email address associated with my Fitbit account? In the New Email box you can enter the email address associated with your current Facebook account.
